@osixco Yes, it doesnt work in Germant as BBC is funded by the British tax payer in the form of a TV license. Therefore, anyone who is not a British tax payer, ie someone outside the UK, will not be able to use the iplayer and therefore now download its programmes.

What a pain in the ass way to get bbc iplayer programs on your blackberry. I want to be able to go to the website via my blackberry and stream them there.. come on!!
THE REAL SOLUTION:
Wait for bbc iplayer to start supporting blackberry's otherwise its easier to watch it on your computer.
