Absolutely correct, but for the sake of anyone trying to figure this out, it's more accurately an open G7 tuning that I'm in here. What would be a low D in Open G is tuned up to an F here.

Open G tuning is full of all sorts of blues licks; it is a great tuning to learn the blues.
