The Pittsburgh Science and Technology Academy began as a student research project at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College in 2006 and launched in fall 2009 as part of the Pittsburgh public school system. i go to this school and personally i don't like it the work they give you is tough, really tough be be honest i say to be able to make it in this school you need to be able to maintain a 3.0 GPA to at least understand the work and right now i can barely maintain a 1.0 GPA so my advice if you plan on going there make sure you can at least keep a 3.0 GPA because if you can't the work will seem a hard..............but overall its a good school nice students and cool teachers
