Tony,the New 52 is all over the place with continuity.Reading titles like Superman,JLA and Flash they seem to wipe the slate clean and start over.I'm glad Marvel NOW did not go into reboots and just restarted titles with fresh,new creative ideas.I'm sure you agree they made the best decision and living up to the hype.Look at Avengers,All New X-Men,FF and of course your personal all time favorite top of the food chain book Thor:God of Thunder!Lol!

Basically what I think about this is that they were sooooo looking to get the new 52 in already, that they didn't even made up their, they didn't even really developed in a proper way the new 52, so now they're mixing random stuff from the previous main universe with the new 52...

And you can asume many more things, G-Man, like why Damian hates so much Jason at first, reason of this being that maybe Battle for the Cowl happened aswell, as Jason says something too about his "deaths" in RH&TO #0 like (I'm trying to translate at least what I read in spanish lol) "I died many other times... but that's another story". We could see here the many times Jason dissapeared in battle and was asumed to be dead in pre new 52.
