i have a 4 year old autistic son...i am sooo sorry for your loss,i know how i would feel if anything ever happened to my little Kristofer...Kedan is now an angel up in heaven,God bless you...Shannon Miranda..

I have 2 Autisic small sons, I do know those dangers, we have had some close calls Im very sorry for your loss I know what thats like too I lost thier baby sister to still birth ..on top of all of the daily worries with the boys. Your a strong woman.

because I don't know how to swim I made it a point to teach our children...and since Julian loves water so much...we made sure he learned too...by age 5 Julian knew how to swim and in the 13 foot deep pool at the park too.

My son has autism and water safety for them is a must. I could tell you that my baby almost drown in a pool. Fortunately, I was close by and was able to jump in to rescue him. God bless your child, he is truly an angel. All parents, whether their kids have autism or not, should be safety cautious around swimming pools. I've seen tragedies happen with typically developing kids.
