Gah,another match butchered by Ali and his set-ups.If Wolfe wasn't paid to get beat up he would have finished the match in numerous occasions. Same goes to Ali's match with Inoki.Inoki would have murdered Ali if there were no rules.Everybody knows that.

Nicely told story. Buddy Wolfe was a perennial loser on WWF tv so they have Ali "take liberties" Wolfe in TV to make people think he might do the same to Inoki, 1:34 is roughly where Buddy blades.
I had no idea Ali worked an angle going in to that disaster in Japan, if it had been anyone other than that mental case Inoki it would have been a good show.

@jacksonkruse well jackson, i'm as serious as you can get.i don't know how old you are, so i'm not sure how far back you go.ali attended one of bruno's matches and started shit with him, mouthing off. just being ali. well bruno didn't appreciate it and bruno and his people offered ali $250.000 back in 1975 which would be the equivelent of close to probably 900.0000 today to have a real fight against bruno. he never returned the call. bruno would have destroyed him.
