what i like about alina is that she doesnt have that prima donna air about her. she just breathes the characters she dances without being precious about them, the way joo-won kim is.

OBVIOUSLY THE SOUND OF THIS VIDEO ISN'T RIGHT, Alina is one of the most musical ballerinas, and on of the most beautiful Giselles ever, but i don't know, in this particular performance she didn't do it at her best, but well, she's human :D, a very talented human being XD

I think the music is off, because I've seen her perform this on other occasions where she's on the music. Plus it continues into Friends

she did dance this beautifully, but i dont know. she seems to dance ahead of the music. i've seen more musical performances than this where the ballerinas performed the characteristic choreography right to the music. see joo-won kim's giselle. so light, lovely and lyrical. alina's giselle is just as so, but i dont know why she's not moving to the music.
