  • Great job guys. I love this song.

with a name like Guaraldi... chances are VERY probable that he's roman catholic at least grew up that way (His name is italian).

Also.. these are Army non-com officers. Not marines. They play great together. I really enjoyed it!

  • A trio at that-This is the Ultra Shillznit! These Soldiers are doin the damn thing, what an homage to Mr. Guaraldis "Skating" I wish this was on an album LoveItLoveLoveit!

  • @shamandaveseven "Skating" is from "A Charlie Brown Christmas"

  • Was this ever done on an album?

I can only imagine a well-mixed studio version!

    Wow!

  • Well done, soldiers! 5/5

  • @BRITTANYALX I would think he would have used wire brushes to give a softer tone to the drums. Otherwise, it's not bad!

  • @chefcabbage Gauraldi wasn't from new york either. San Fransisco if i remember correctly.

  • @chefcabbage I don't think Guaraldi was Jewish, I could be wrong though.

  • Really cool. The Marines playing a Christmas tune in Germany written by a jew from NYC...Second only to 'Linus and Lucy' Vince was a genious...

  • @BRITTANYALX you don't like it?
