@markcamp1 no but i wish i did so i could get free boots :) Safe Riding Buddy!

@KeepFit lol, do you work for Sidi :)

@markcamp1 fair enough, but in terms of protection ive heard the sidi vortice boots cant be beaten, even by the alpinestar supertech boots. Plus most of the stuff on a sidi boot is replaceable which means they will last alot longer :) Go on give them another go!

@KeepFit49 Thanks man. I'm aware of those, but I've decide to use Alpine Stars boots from now on. Fit better...and less stuff on the exterior to hang up on bodywork and other stuff. Thanks!

Great boots.. but is all the wear n tear from just riding?

@johna6968 Yes, as you can see from the video, there is actually a hole where my foot rests on the footpeg. Elsewhere, there was little to no wear. I've actually gotten them resoled (see comments below). I tend to not wear my boots when I'm not riding, and these were dedicated track boots - never wore them when I was riding street.

Thanks for posting up this video. I was originally going to purchase the new Sidi ST but went with the Vortice due to the replaceable soles. Motorcycle boots makers should all take a look at this video!
