  • I am looking into some kind of monocular for my EDC system(every day carry) and was hoping this would do the job for me... I only need it for about 10-100yrds. Do you think it would be able to do that? Great videos man.

  • @joezbackwith2gatz Hey man, it works reasonably well but at the higher end of the optical zoom, it's hard to keep it steady (not a fault of the product, just the nature of high power zoom).

  • is that a gun or mini spotting scope

  • @lalablablaification It's a monocular. Not designed for use with a gun

  • Do you think this would be good to look across the city in a tall building with the zoom all the way up?

  • @DearSisterlol It's not a bad choice if portability is a factor. You would need to rest it on something to keep it steady if zooming all the way in

  • Thank you👉

  • @RodCornholio Thanks for all your help. As for the lens cap you might be able to make something to solve that problem. When I get mine Ill mess with it to see if I can come up with something and let you know. Thank again.

  • @joezbackwith2gatz Best bang for buck optics I've ever bought. The trick to making the zoom feature work better is this: focus as best you can at 10x, then zoom in. It will likely become a little out of focus at a high ZOOM (for reasons too complex to explain here, but not the fault of the product): just DELICATELY and minutely adjust the focus to make the image sharper.

It's now part of my EDC. My only complaint is it has only one (crappy) lense cap.
