@LadyNightthorn actually, they just created that "blooper" by cutting together all of the different camera angles that they shot the scene with. that, and a few takes.

This is funny. If you get to see the rest of the clip you see Bartlet smiling and then the Secret Service agent say "the person was after Zoey and yes she had a gun" Then he face drops and he well...
