A short video of my home gym Consist's of body solid leg press/hack squat vertical knee raise/dip station body solid adjustable bench press/half rack body solid roman chair/hyperextension body solid ab and back cam machine body solid cable crossover 10-80 pound sets of dumbbells on body solid 3-tier dumbbell rack. Its a work in progress still want to get flooring or horse stahl mats for the entire room and also take down the wallpaper and repaint the walls. Room is about 10x22' so its somewhat small but not bad for a little home in the city.

  • I also since this video like I said added the body solid seated row machine and just replaced my bench with the body solid cage that has adjustable pins safety catches and also added the lat attachment. Also have purchased a new roll of flooring. Hope to get a new video up soon with the additional stuff

  • I also plan on adding a lat machine or possibly going with a cage that has lat machine attached. And hopefully by spring I have the extra money to redo the floors new paint on walls and rip out the drop ceiling and put up something a little nicer. Thanks for your comment I appreciate it..

  • I havent seem to had any problems with the cables I have only had the stuff for a little over a year I started getting piece by piece as it came available. i have recently also added the body solid seated row. I love it. As far as the more specialized equipment goes either the seated row or the cable crossover has to be my favorite. Getting down to the basics if I had to keep one thing it would be the dumbell set. You can do a full body workout with just a set of dumbells in my opinion.
