Calories in < Calories out. Throw all that junk food shite out of your room and get on a weightlifting program to complement your cardio. Lots of high protein foods (chicken, tilapia, tuna, salmon, etc.) moderate amounts of steak/lamb/venison, lots of leafy vegetables, moderate fruits, etc. Seeing how you weigh 225 and are trying to cut aim to eat around 125-150 grams of protein a day.
