There are many different options to do Mountain Bike in Costa Rica. Mountain Bike rides range from a few hours in a easy flat terrain for novices, with the Arenal Volcano on the back, to single track in the moutains especially for more experienced riders, to multi-day trips of either just mountain bike or in a multi-sport trip Coast to Coast of Costa Rica.
This Mountain Bike trip organized by Outdoor Adventures in the magnificent Los Quetzales National Park, the newest park of Costa Rica, at 3000 meters above sea level. In this area is possible to spot the elusive resplandent Quetzal -that why that is the name of the park-, among many other different birds and wildlife, during your MTB ride.
