Sledge Hammer is no Lego Gladiators series 1 member( 8 take part, and only 2 spinnerbots). too weak and the gyroscopic problems are the reasons.

I still can't get over how far it through that roof!
Does the whole thing rip itself apart when you try to turn with the weapon engaged?

and all my spinners power their 4xl motors with only one bb. (because they are already heavier than the other bots)
no self destruction, my constructions are quality.
it was not easy to get hurricane not to rip himself when hitting something ^^, in the fights it could be different.

Yeah I would imagine so, my robots are no where near as good as yours, but I've taken a shot at "armed" spinners before with limited success...
The quality is easy to see haha, how long do the builds usually take?

everything started in spring^^ , with the 8275 RC Bulldozer, my first lego after a very long time. Then the idea from your channels.
A lot of research, thinking, drawing, designing, failing and improving. every Battlebot is completely studless .
