I will be going to Malaga for my detox on Saturday 4th October flying with BMI Baby, just wondered if there anyone that will be going on that day? Really looking forward to the experience. Just have to make sure do not buy and duty free booze!!

I have just returned from a retreat in Spain and I agree totally with the other comments. This was a fantastic experience for me on both a physical and emotional level - a total clean out! Now back home and my thinking about what goes in my mouth truly has changed. Being 4Kg lighter, a new non smoker a much more moderate drinker - my partner is so impressed that he is booking to go later this year! Don't think too hard about this - just go - it will be amazing! I attended a retreat in May and cannot recommend it highly enough. I went for my body, which was a bit the worse for wear after sitting behind a computer for the last 2 years - but they also healed parts of my soul that I hadn't even realized were broken.
