A fully qualified Civil Engineer specializing in Port and Coastal engineering. Certified by the Odessa National University, member of the ASCE and Council Member of the Gerson Lehrman Group.

He has successfully delivered major project programs in excess of ($1.0 billion) requirements prior to deadlines whilst managing 3,000 workers under strict QHSE standards.

Attended -as a Senior Project Manager- the Soleville Residential development: A 15 high rise buildings project covering 10 ha. USD 300 millions.

Recently responsible for the successful tender process negotiations of Phase IV of the Panama Container Port Balboa of an expansion EPC Project, with a total estimated value at $ 800 Million.

He has extensive knowledge of undertaking and managing project feasibility and engineering design. Whilst regularly participating in the FEED process and ensuring planning and design is strictly adhered to, throughout the build phase of projects.

In-depth knowledge of working with internal codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, ISO, GOST & SNIP). Managing general and construction safety and health compliance according to international safety standards. Adhering to QA/QC codes, standards and contract specifications.
