  • Kurmasanas are the only postures i cannot do well in the primary series. Which of my muscles are so tight that i cant get my chest close to the mat?

  • @himpaolo This posture is a complex movement that comes half way through the Primary Series. If you want to work on this posture the best thing to do is to practice the Full Primary Series and then all the muscles (back, hips and more) you need to open will open over time.
