Jim Plimpton's ProCharger supercharged 572ci Ford-powered '88 Thunderbird on the dyno at the 2009 Car Craft Nationals. He won the dyno challenge by putting out 1,424 horsepower to the wheels, and that was with mechanical problems.

  • Nice, Check out my 1988 T-Bird. Got mass air as well. Still in progress. Just put Nitrous in, eibach springs, bilstein shocks, custom headers/exhaust, and OF COURSE 5 LUG CONVERSION WITH COBRA RIMS/BRAKES!!! On my home page. Still got a ways to go.

  • right now 302 small block its pushing about 270 to the wheel but i was thinking about making the car a 10.5 outlaw class car i know i got alot of work to do but it wound be fun

  • muscle mustangs and fast fords has ads in the magazine a lot of different company's to chose from and what motor does your car have a 2.3, 3.8 .or 5.0
