Part two of two. Roth and Anthony exchange strikes right down to the 10th frame. This is classic match play, with the two premiere bowlers of this era, both of them in dead stroke.

Bowlers are wearing a black patch on their shirts in remembrance of bowling legend Dick Battista.

Great match. If you've never seen it, I won't spoil it by telling you what happened. Classic.

Also included here is the post-tournament interview with the winner. Very funny.

Dave Diles substituting for Chris Schenkel on play-by-play. Nelson Burton, Jr. on color.

  • earl anthony was not a smart man???.......your a asshole

  • When did Earl stop sporting the crew cut?

  • Although a phenomenal bowler, Earl Anthony was not a smart man... and he drank. The truth is numerous high-ranking PBA bowlers of the day believe he didn't understand that what he said was funny. That idea seems credible as Earl continues to describe his effort in equally funny terms even AFTER Bo wisecracked. Unfortunately this was bowling's golden era, never to return. Those who are too young to remember real bowling have definitely missed something. Earl Anthony was the best that ever was.

  • I love Mark Roth, but y does he have a piece of tape stuck to his back lol

yeah earl staying firm.. I doubt it Suzie
