  • Tc Electronic I have some little problem with my g-system limited...

If i connect in mono setup in the loop with my mesa mark IV ther's no noise, but if i connect a second cable from right g-sys to a secondary amp to make a stereo setup (using exlusively mark preamp) i hear a strange noise...

    can you help me?

  • @felicevai That sounds rather strange - please contact support :)

  • hey guys! I just wanted to congradulate you on creating the biggest headache in a box mankind has ever seen. I find myself trying to read your bible of a manual and trying to get things to actually work and I'm not doing the most important thing which is playing. In other words you need a degree. thank t.c.!!

  • Hiya,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble setting up your g-system. I fully agree that it's much more important to be playing guitar than messing around with cable and scrolling through menus.

  • Because of the amazing flexibility G-System offers it can be a daunting task to set up, but the rewards are welll worth it once done as it allows you to concentrate on your playing and not doing the ol' pedal tap dance as well as give you great guitar tones destined to inspire your creativity.

We'd like to help you get g-system up and running. Please check your YouTube mailbox for further instructions.

    Best wishes,

    Joey @ TC

  • *pedal power supply thing

  • Where do I get the cable for pedl

  • I love my g system but hate there customer service. i wrote them an email of questions over a month ago & never got a response plus no phone number to call.

  • It's not how many, it's the total current draw can't exceed 200ma. Add up the current draw spec for each of your pedals you want to connect. If it exceeds 200ma, it's too much. This is the only limitation. Depending on the current draw you could possibly hook up as many as 6 or 7 but you still only have 4 loops. You can, of course, put 2 pedals in a single loop.

  • @ve2dc So I can only connect 4 pedals, regardless of which method I use. Say I want 5, daisy chain 2 on slot one and 1 each on slots 2,3 and 4. You're saying thats not possible?

  • @petedogg369 Hard/easy depends on what you know. I heard one of my guitar heroes trying to explain how an electric guitar pickup works ;-) I'm sure there are a lot of musicians who could use help with setting up a G-System. Use Laird's guide, and perhaps you know an electronics nerd who will trade some set up help for a guitar lesson.

  • @vbdude006

Only if you don't exceed the current capacity of the G-system. It's not a lot so 4 normal pedals is probably the max... but yes, you could daisy chain.
