MME is out with another tutorial. Here we show you the proper way to perform lateral raises to help build stronger deltoids!

"There are two common problems with side lateral raises. The first is failing to isolate the middle delt. By elevating an incline bench to a nearly vertical position and placing your chest against the back, you achieve the proper angle to isolate the middle delt. The second issue is utilizing too much momentum. By bringing the weight alongside the back of the chair, you eliminate the ability to use momentum to move the weight." -Chris Byrd

  • What's the song?

  • @MrDreadedbwoy all of our music is original beats from Diamond Style Productions -- site in the description-- Go check it out -- they make a lot of good beats -- which is why i'm using them haha

  • It's not true that you can eliminate momentum this way, whether or not momentum is used is all about the speed you lift at. It's clear in the movie that a bit of a trap shrug is being used to get the shoulders past a sticking point. I have nothing against that, but I don't think we should make exaggerated claims such as 'eliminates momentum' because that's simply not true.

  • @tyciol most people at the use their legs to start a swinging momentum... so having to keep yourself in the same spot against the bench is eliminating that momentum.

  • @tyciol lol

  • @muscleDEMON1 What was this comment?

  • @muscleDEMON1 I dunno bro, sounds interesting but I want to focus all the protein I consume on recovery for my delts. I don't want to use up precious amino acids rebuilding my immune system or sphincter which might need to hypertrophy to adapt to the behaviours you suggest.

  • Doesn't this make you want to rim this guy while he does this? Then have him completely tear your ass up after a hard sweaty work out?
