I have noticed that cats, when they're trying to attack something or just looking at it(a bird, a bug) they do this type of sounds and move the tail a lot, some of them don't make a loud sound, just a little noise with their teeth or mouth

@L0nch0fs yes but they would have there butt up and shaking it though. I have a cat and when she went to attack a mouse outside, she raised her butt and started shaking it, and she also made those noises
