Location: Beijing, China. Sport: Shuaijiao/Chinese wrestling technique as taught by master Wang Wenyong. Master Wang Wenyong has been practicing Shuaijiao most of his life. He has many great achievements including winning the beijing shuaijiao competion for five consecutive years furthermore he has developed Chinese Shuaijiao in Europe and is responsible in organizing a Jinbaosheng Shuaijiao Wushu association in France. He wants to leave the essentials of shuaijiao to the world. Here he is describing his theory about the Shuaijiao sport.

  • Sure, the bigger they are, the harder they fall. Not like they they will able to balance their own weight plus another 200+ pounds of extra force while tripping.

  • It would be better to show this being successful with a smaller person against, say, a guy that's 6'2" and 220 lbs.

  • Wow!! what is it called in hanyu pinyi? It looks to me; sasae tsurikomi ashi. I didnt know it can be used effectively as a grip and attack technique. Great! thanx for the post.
