I don't know why this woman can't accept the fact that her party didn't win the White House. She needs to keep in mind that it is very rare for the same party to win The White House after more than 8 years, and she should be greatful that her party did just that 20 years earlier in 1988 when (The Elder) Bush defeated Michael Dukakis. Also, the incident on the plane on Christmas still would have happened if she was vice president, and McCain was president.

Another thing: Security services already HAD the information on this guy, but fucked up at a couple of points, had THAT not happened, he wouldn't have gotten in the air. Current laws and proceedures work, provided the agents fucking enact them.
Maybe that should be sorted out prior to binning the US constitution.

I see youtpoint memama2, the terrorist was only questioned for 50h before he was tried and convicted for life in an american prison with a cellmate that has friend and/or family on the outside that he cares about that could have been killed if they were on the plane or at the impact point.
That conviction is above board, no appeal will work, chain of custody, due process, no basis for any complaints, he's there, prison won't close when this rendition shit stops, he'll want protection.
