Bruford rejoins Fripp, bringing along some new mates:
John Wetton -- bass, lead vocals, acoustic piano, vibes
David Cross -- violin, viola, flute, sax, electric piano
Jamie Muir -- exotic percussion and tubular bells
Check out Dave Cross broad grins while leading and soloing - reminds of Elliott Randall on guits with Steelies. Alrite, stay bright! -Rotttter :)

  • i always loved king crimson..i was there from the start...my friends and i were like the only ones who listened to them....people here in the states, just did'nt get it..ya know.....now where's my buddy tony levin.....

  • Cool version of this experimental tune! Thanks for posting!

  • @turtlliwdnifuoyehthr Yes, I had the audio CD of the Zoom Club, but wound up selling it because the sound quality is too poor for my ears. The two CD's that I have that feature Cross on flute are the performance extracted above (Bremen, Germany, October 17th, 1972- King Crimson Collector's Club 3) & the November 13th, 1972 Civic Hall show in Guildford, Surrey, U.K. (K.C.C.C. 24).... both during the 20 minute plus improvisations ("The Rich Tapestry Of Life" + "All That Glitters...") ;)

  • @DarkeningSkies1

i think i found where cross plays flute.

i'm pretty sure it's on 1972 zoom club.

they performed book of saturday with drums and i think i heard flute.i can upload that on youtube

  • @turtlliwdnifuoyehthr None at the moment of which I am aware, but Fripp keeps finding, cleaning up and releasing old concert tapes through the DGM Collector's Club, so perhaps we will someday...

  • @DarkeningSkies1
