http://www.doyogawithme.com/ Do Yoga With Me. This is one of my personal favorites. Plough Pose is a fantastic stretch for the lower back and hamstrings. Hala means a plough, resembling the shape of the posture. This is a deep stretch so move into it slowly and lengthen the neck.

  • Yeah, that's possible. You just have to be careful to protect your neck by shifting the shoulders back so you elevate the upper back away from the floor. And, of course, avoid going so deep that you feel discomfort in your neck.
