  • did you folks do the warm-ups for each dvd? i assume you didn't since you wouldn't need it. also, did you do arx on each of the strength days? btw, i think i can do all the rest days in a row!!!

  • I do p90x everyday and thats just crazy to do 12 of them in a row. But thats great that you were able to do it. Most people have trouble getting thru just 1 disk. Half of the people that do get past the 1st disk, dont keep going after the 2nd or 3rd day. At burning 500 calories per disk, thats about 6k calories or almost 2 pounds of fat gone!

  • wow you did my P90X Marathon Challenge. I thought I was the only one wild enough to go through with this! I am planning to do this by myself I guess, on 22 August 2009. I am doing all P90X and P90X+ and 2 of the 1-on-1 vids. It will take every bit of 22-24 hours to complete. Any help with nutrition to gear up for this will really help me. how did you all feel the day after this marathon.

  • no what you do is one dvd per day, like on the lean routine its core synergestics mon, then tue cardio x then wens shoulders arms & Ab ripper x thurs yoga fri legs and back & ab ripper x sat kenpo (fun) then sun is x stretch. as an example for 3 weeks then on week 4 its a diff routine , if you buy it youll get the whole breakdown fo the phases, diet sheets recipes all kids of fun stuff. ive done it for only 1 week and ive lost 5 lbs no lie. just gotta be motivated to do it and fight for it.
