ohio sentaor kucinich tried to have bush impeached in summer of 2008 and damn pelosi tabled it! although the impeachment attempts were halted, difficult for me to say failed, the impeachments attempts came to late for me. the day hell started is when the supreme court handed over bush's first term! hang em all, bushCO.

Police and military personnel, are not required by law to follow any order resulting in the violation of there oath to uphold and defend the Constitution. That oath in fact mandates they turn there weapon on someone giving the very order to violate that oath.
The President does not have the authority by law to enact martial law. The Constitution grants no such powers. Congress failing to impeach with valid evidence to do so, is also in violation of there oath of office.
