"The business model that works?" WTF? There is no business when you live off the taxpayer.

@USA4July1776 socialism fails on every level ...from the soviet union to public schools
-
@younger08202 less then 20 to be exact ...here is the liberal population....96 % teenagers and college students....then those kids get married have kids get a job...and they turn into conservatives faster then you can say Hail Reagan !!.....then the remaining 4 % were luck enough to make it in entertainment ...or in the media in some way ...

We subsidize the big oil interests, and create faux wars for the defense industry --- two biggies for which Chuck peddles his wares. Why not give a small amount to NPR?
-
NPR...proudly bringing all the news that government wants you to hear.
-
The Christian Science Monitor [CSM] is probably the least unbiased news reporting agency in the world. It also has the most foreign offices, contrary to what the NPR representative stated. CSM is not subsidized.

Krauthammer cuts off all the fat and puts questions bluntly. Liberals can't handle a situation like that.

@USA4July1776 Define "socialism"
Without a definition.. we can make handing out food at local shelters sound like socialism therefore evil.
-
Socialism is a lie. It depends on a parasitic relationship with capitalism to survive.

Newpapers folded due to the fact they offer a left point of view that only 30% of the prospective market wants to read.
