  • Hi, I have 30-degree c-curve scoliosis and I followed this routine. It feels comforting but I don't know why I didn't sweat at all after the exercises. Am I doing the poses wrong or should I do more repetitions and do the count slower?

  • @acieissobloggin You don't need to sweat :-) Do what feels comfortable. You can build up to slow down the count..

  • So if anybody can help me, I would REALLY appreciate it.... I have an area on the right side of my back, right bellow the shoulder blade and a little off to the right of the spine that ALWAYS hurts and cracks and has pressure, and pain sometimes even shoots through my ribs into my chest....

    Will these exercises in this video help? and what are some other things? it hurts SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO­O bad.

  • my dad gets back pain really easily sometimes it's so bad that he has to lie on the floor for days....the dr told him to exersice to strenghthen the back..should i recommend your back videos? thank you so much i have been following your videos for a week now and i truely think your are amazing! god bless you!

  • I have painful upper back for over two years.... I did this exercises for the first time in my life just now and I got dizzy as well as I would feel a burning work out type pain on my upper back muscles... is it normal????
