getting off my p's after 4 years of this shit. one more thing.. when we had to take 3 cars all we did was drag each other and make the roads even unsafer... if there was 1 car none of us would speed. but 3 cars.. all we did was stupid shit

@MrMills538 his point wasn't that the faster car was safe because it goes faster which in some case such as over taking a road train is a bloody good thing!

it was that the faster more powerful cars in general have more safety features to safely use that power as opposed to you 10yo Camry that you' be lucky to have airbags in. the point being the more safety feature you have access to the better faster cars generally have bigger brakes abs airbags as std on car up to even 15 yo

Yes a more powerful car is safer. People are far more likely to hoon around in a $1500 VL than take a risk busting up a $40-50k Monaro. Also safer with better braking, handling, airbags, etc.

Even the plate system is ridiculous, I can understand an L plate but displaying P plates serve no purpose other than discrimination from not only other drivers but cops.
