Air, Kannon (2006), & Clannad Openings

Here is a little video I put together in honor of my top 3 animes. All 3 were made by Key/Visual Arts and Kyoto Animation studio.

1st Opening: Tori No Uta - Air

ok these shows are good, but not the masterpeices people would want you to belieive. Why do people love them so much? Air and Kanon are solid 7/10s, and I didn't like the first episode of Clannad, and with no dub that's a don't care about show for me. They are not groundbraking works of achievement guys...

The main reason why there popularity is so high is because of he overall success rate the franchise (game, novel, manga, and anime) has made as a whole. Currently, both Air and Kanon are available in dub, Clannad just got licensed for US release. Personally, I prefer sub anime over dub, because 90% of the time the voice actor cannot express the same emotion and the original.

Isn't clannads song Megumeru?

Megumeru is actually a remix version of Meg Mell. If I remember right, Megumeru is the theme for the the movie and the new 2nd season.

You forgot to credit KyotoAnimation studio for their part in this. KyoAni created the three anime series that are based on the Key visual novels.

I would've chosen Clannad had it not been for the anime not being a harem and MC's choice nit being that girl(ALL the girls cept her would've been fine). Because it was the wrong girl, After Story ended up failing. Of course, the resurrection crap is probly the biggest let down. Were it not for these 3 huge mistakes, Clannad would have won by a landslide
