@vicko267 - I believe it is Shona, which is the principle language of Zimbabwe. The story goes that the song was written for a man that a Chad Urmston met well visiting Sector 17 of Zimbabwe, a part of the country that has been particularly hard hit by the aids/hiv virus. So Elias is a song for friendship that Chad wrote after finding out that Elias and his family were alive and doing well.

@neilkulp Yes, its sung in Shona. A language spoken in Zimbabwe. This song is about a man named Elias, Chad met in Zimbabwe in 94. His Children Honest and Manuel. Section 17 is one of the most HIV infested areas in the world.
