MDD is based on a foundation similar to current world situations: all its members are interdependent. Each school in a developing country will form a partnership with another school in a developed country, and both schools will work to mitigate the vast disparity which exists in our society.

The primary responsibility of the school in the developed country is to collect useable digital items from businesses, schools, and citizens, and transfer it to the developing country. These items dont have to be new: as statistics iterate, globally, hundreds of thousands of useable devices are being discarded every year. We hope to recycle these items.

The school in the developing country has to receive these items, configure them to ensure they are compatible with the countrys network, and ensure that the devices are used properly.

Through this global alliance, we hope to alleviate the magnitude of the digital divide, and consequently, lead our world into its century of innovation.
