  • Hey Nicko, at first, sorry for my imperfect english, i'm german. :)

    I just came here to give you a feedback.

    We had the pork a few minutes ago and it was sooo delicious! I couldn't get fresh spinach so i choose to make more beans. It fits also.

    I guess i have a new favourite recipe. ;D

  • Looks delicious Nicko! The pork looks perfectly cooked, slightly pink and seared on the outside! Just Awesome!

  • this is a great receipe. I love seeing u make things that r nutritious and tasty, and u did it so well, taking off the fat from the pork and using a little olive oil spray on a non stick skillet. steaming veggies, great modest portion....just great!
