Found this annoying cicada on my patio window screen, I guess he didnt know I had a hungry black widow spider inside that needed to eat.

5.53 - 5.56...Black widow throws silk over the cicada, smugly walks away. Wings flutter. Black widow: "Oh, for F*&KS SAKE!". Runs back and finishes the job.

This definitely shows how lethal a black widow is but the cicada is denied its main defense of flying away because its in a cage. Obviously the widow will win here.

What is she doing with her legs? Sometimes she turns around and flicks her legs at the cicada for a few moments

@TheKhrystalRose I believe thats her throwing some more webbing out her rear end. I noticed that quite a bit when she was trying to wrap a bug up. She probably was like Damn this bug is huge ..... why wont it stop moving. So she gave it some more web.
