@Submissions101 Definitley working ;) Really enjoyin the variety, especially enjoyed frank mir's seminar a while back and was also pleasantly suprised you included ari's wrestling videos. Must admit though was happy to see the return of your instructional vids with the scarf hold techniques. Hope you keep posting the great content guys.

I like this technique, but it seems only good if your going up against somebody who doesn't know anything about groundwork. What's stopping the opponent from just bridging you up and escaping under(through)? And that type of escape is just human nature...basically just powering through

@linkin1995 nothing wrong with expanding and evolving. No two same jiu jitsu players are the same. Different teachings will make us more well rounded and we can pick and choose what works best for us.

@groundnpound702 Yep, my goal was to showcase different instructors and expand all our games. No one person knows everything. Sometimes people have seen the techniques (or variations) we have shown, others have not. We'll keep sharing the knowledge...

@linkin1995 i wouldnt say lost their base, i would say they have built a stronger base than before, the addition of keith owen is priceless. he is a beast instructor.
