Bob and Jillian are both gay. Bob is smart he knows he linits his popularity by coming out. besides wh cares? It doesn's factor into what he does. Jillian the same, no woman says she can be with a man or woman if she is straight. No, if a woman is straight she sends the signal she wants a husband. And again, it doesn't matter. She is a great trainer and she seems sincere and nice. I like her. if she is a dyke, she is the rare breed that doesn't piss me off by trouncing men. I like her.

I agree with you. I just think that people that want to lose weight should definitely exercice and not to rely only on proper nutrition, only eating right and not exercicing is not really a diet as l see it, it's more of a good life-lasting habbit. A person should be able to eat right no matter if he/she needs to lose some weight now or not.

Absolutely! nutrition and exercise go hand to hand! But one thing i learn is the best way to lose way is to eat right! You can exercise a lot but if you don't eat right, you're not going to get results! But if u eat right, even if you don't exercise you get better results! Ofcourse if you do both,

the results are phenomenol!
