  • LOL @ 7:12 "1/2 teaspoon of chili powder" he adds one spoon and then dumps the whole amount in the food. HOT HOT HOT!!!

  • @bazu THANKS for the info...I know what you mean...Im Indian...sorry i shouldve been more clear I meant Khus khus the whte ground poppy seeds

  • @SIRATJI "Khus Khus" means Poppy Seeds, Cous-cous is a prepared cereal from northern africa. The seeds of the poppy plant are ground and cooked down in this dish to make a curry.

  • Cranberry & Turkey korma...LOL

  • I LOOOOOOOOOOVE yoooOOOOOOUu

  • must be very sour with the cranberry...I have neer been able to cook well with cous-cous....it just stays very raw...

  • I always stir some of the hot sauce into the yogurt before adding it--this helps prevent curdeling(sp)...Also, at the end of cooking taste your sauce and make sure to add salt if needed--this simple step can make a world of difference.

  • Thanks for the tips! It looks so much easier here than it actually is though! I tried this recipe yesterday and it totally flopped! I got the koftas right, but the gravy was a miss... the yoghurt curded and the poppyseed-coconut mix didn't taste like anything! I guess I'll never be a good cook. :(

  • looks great

  • yes, thousands of jobs are lost in America because of poppyseed.
