One of my favourite Billy Joel songs and so I was shocked when I couldn't find this anywhere on youtube so I decided it had to be uploaded. I spent ages just listening to the saxophone solo in this song over and over again to try to work it out and I'll still never get fed up of this one :)

@jaytf1231 Hmm... I do like a lot of his later stuff but I'd have to agree with you to a point. I think Cold Spring Harbour to Turnstiles was sort of his learning period (but I do LOVE them!), The Stranger to Glass Houses was his ABSOLUTE GENIUS section and then The Nylon Curtain to River of Dreams... Well, yeah, I don't adore them as much but there're still some damn good tracks in there

This is a brilliant song. I am surprised he doesn't play it live. I am surprised it doesn't make the radio. One of Billy's hidden gems.

I've been checking out all Billy's stuff that aren't on his greatest hits volumes, like the B side of Glass Houses for example. it's all excellent so far, I don't think I've heard a single song that i distinctly dislike.

@jaytf1231 I reckon you have to include Nylon Curtain on the good albums list. Good meaning fucking great of course. Went down hill from innocent man. Still listenable but toooooo poppy sugary. I just don't care after that. tried to make myself listen to the bridge but....

Anyway, genius. Poet. angry man. Love it.

@kyokoushio I tend to disagree. The "Nylon Curtain" was Billy writing at his absolute best. That was the closest an album ever came to sounding like the Beatles Sgt Pepper album. I have listened to it for almost 30 years now without tiring of it.
