Very nice looking.Wouldn't you want to add the mat to the back before the paint?Pics don't look like it was added yet. Also, how did you deal with the split wood at 1:00 that ecoots asked about?Guess you could just lay glass mat around the splits?I'm going to try pods like these soon for the 1st time, although I have done fiberglass bodywork before.Nice designs!

did he just use an electric screw driver and screw through the fiberglass? to install the subs into his custom box? Can you do this to add screw holes? Or would it crack the fiberglass

@fordboy111591 Actually the leading brand here in mexico is called "optima" ha ha ha By the way, i do use fiberglass math for stregth, the t-shirt is only to obtain the shape you want and have a base to worck with.

Im really hoping that on the first box shown that there was fiberglass mat added to it for strength.

Of course man, tons of mat added, but i only use it on the back side of the enclosure so the front is more linear and bump free. Makes it a lot easy to sand it down and obtain a nice smooth finish. :b

how did you get the speaker pods to stick to the door panel??

They are attached from the back panel to the MDF frame of the speaker´s door pods using 3/4" screws, than i sealed all seams from the back using silicon, no big deal here.
