I took a Yamaha DD-20s Digital Percussion unit and played it in real time with acoustic drums. Stereo echo was added.

Great job using the DD20 with your drum set. I got this thing new from Best Buy in 2005 for about $80. I still use it as a portable device for ideas for beat making. It has a 1/4 in head phone hack that I use to record beat ideas into Abelton Live.

Sounds like fun. Neat little device for the money. I find myself using the sound effects a lot.

I found one at a local thrift store here in Portland for $7 and you're right...it's fun and a cool little add-on to my existing Alesis DM6 kit!
