Good video Mr. DreamCar,
I'm planning on putting carpet over a cement floor (size of room similar to the one in your video). It's bare cement......I've seen no history of water in the basement for the 6-7 years I've been living here. A friend said I should find out if it should be sealed or painted first. But there was a loose carpet there when I moved in and I pulled it out recently and I don't see a problem from it being there. Do you think I should paint or seal the cement? Thanks, Rblood
