The main problem ( which only affects us in the UK, I think ) would be a buzzing sound caused by ground wires. But that's easily remedied with a set of ground loop isolators. You should have no problem using Touch to mix R&B and Hip Hop ;)

@ltw07 I agree about the buzzing sound. Sometimes causes havoc on mine at external venues. But the Isolators work a treat.
