  • People are burning out their thyroids at incredible pace. I would to know the reasons why. Food, radiation, toxins ?

  • @Nickalispicalis All of the above. Our thyroids are the most sensitive to harmful environmental exposures, pesticides and genetically modified foods being #1 and 2.

  • Hello Dr. Brady. I have a large issue for you. I've always been a healthy kid. I'm 22 years old and have been out of it going on a year due this month due to the side effects of an energy supplement called N.O. Xplode. The supplement has me rigged with chronic fatigue syndrome and I've tried everything to get rid of it. I was seeing a naturopath that put me on Adrenotone Plus to help my adrenals but I got the shakes from it. I'm currently juicing veggies & taking a multivitamin. Help please!!!

  • @JazzBass7 Contact my office and lets see what we can do. See YouTube channel.

i have not started school i can't get anything done

i know i have a sensitivity to milk and certain foods make my stomach hurt but ia have no idea what foods

  • @danae417 Most food sensitivities are delayed meaning that you could eat an offending food on Monday and not notices any symptoms until Wednesday or Thursday. The best way to understand which foods you may be sensitive to is to run an IgG food allergy blood test. It can help you ID and eliminate/add foods to your diet. See the website for more info.

    Hope that helps Dana.

    Dr. Brady

  • Thank you! This confirms my suspicions. More videos pls.

  • Thanks for the video! What do you think about fermented foods to improve gut health?

  • I wonder what's wrong with you...so cute and a doctor...

  • Soy formula has been linked to thyroid damage.

  • I eat organic foods, but other than vitamin a and d what do you recommend to maintain the gut at its healthiest. Also, what form of vitamin a? Thank you.

  • Im sorry, I know this is about the thyroid, but you have the most beautiful eyes. :)
