Total Vegetarians eat only plant food. They do not eat any animal foods, including fish, eggs, dairy products, and honey.

Vegans not only omit all animal products from their diets, but they also eliminate them from the rest of their life. Vegans use nothing from animals, such as leather, wool, and silk.

Lacto-Vegetarians will include dairy products into their diet of plant food.

Lacto-Ovo-Vegetarians eat both eggs and dairy products.

Pesco-Vegetarians include fish into their diets.

Pollo-Vegetarians eat poultry, such as chicken, turkey, and duck.

I think she points out a lot of good points. PETA takes things too far is what she is saying, she is not saying that fish do not need help but that calling them "sea kittens" is not going to help their cause. And being vegan is a life style choice, she decided to be vegan for the health benefits...you know if you all were listening you would have heard that part. So her eating fish sometimes is fine. There are different kinds of vegans and each person has their reasons for being vegan.

I think my favourite part of this video isn't when she makes mention of the non-vegan stuff she does while calling herself a vegan, or the irony of having the very definition in the video description, but how the concept and purpose of an ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN is so lost on her that she goes on about inconsequential nonsense all the while actually proving the campaign works; getting people to talk about it.

@offhishedted It's not our responsibility to protect anything. It's the circle of life. Wolves kill rabbits, sharks kill little sea creatures, lions kill antelope. We kill cows and pigs and fish and whatever. It's fine, as long as we aren't enslaving animals. I don't want to be a part of it, but I accept it. We kill fish. Big deal.
