Because apparently drying your insides out with booze and hooch is more aesthetically pleasing to normies, than smoking grass. I feel that as long as it's not blatantly obvious as to what someone's smoking (i.e. a "cigarette"), or no one can smell it if one isolates themselves despite being in a semi-public place, {run-on sentence} then it's cool with me. Basically it's the same policy I have with regular cigarette smokers.
