I think its about sex particulary, about how we have a urge to do more and more obsece thing while having sex, trying to fill the emptyness of the relation... in this case fisting. I mean "Finger deep within the borderline, Show me that you love me and that we belong together" its like saying, "let me do this to you... so i'll know that you love me" but thats clearly not real love and leaves us somehow empty "How can this mean anything to me
