Ganguro has been dead for at least 3 years now. (I know your comment was from a year ago...but really??) Admitting there are a few that still do it, but isn't that with every fashion trend? Also Ganguro's were never popular in Japan, they were ridiculed by a lot of people. The dancing, Para Para, on the other hand was quite popular. Get your facts straight.

It's called Ganguro. It's quite popular in Japan, apparently. Lots of fake tan, flashy make-up, accessories, basically, the more you look like Paris Hilton in Hawaii the better.
